WEDDING SCRIBE: Calligraphy by Anne Sheedy: SEPTEMBER 2012

Yesterday I delivered a completed, hand painted, one-of-a-kind, guest book to a very gracious client who personifies classic, elegant simplicity.

The commission began as a rush job (photo below) with less than
24 hours to create along with ALL the reception calligraphy.

It felt wonderful to be able to go back and tighten up the monogram ever so slightly and to be able to add the very subtle, soft geometric background in the bride's preferred palette, now gently supporting the monogram design she originally approved ...
